From bungalow to beautiful family home

This project involved the complete refurbishment, and extension of a 4 bedroom house in Foxrock. The main brief was to rework the ground floor to create an open plan kitchen, living and dining space for this young family with a separate living space to the front of the house. We also subdivided a large reception room to create an additional bedroom and separate play room. The clients wished to change the look of the house externally so we proposed a mix of timber cladding and render to achieve a new aesthetic for the property.
