Connection to north facing garden

This project featured in our Design Doctors show which aired on RTE. The brief was to refurbish and extend an existing tired 1950’s semi detached house on Greenfield Road in Donnybrook. To do this we extended the ground floor, opening up the living areas to a beautiful garden at the back creating a gracious hall and restful sitting room to the front. The theme for this house was “the good life” and we felt by reconnecting the clients with the garden and rearranging the layout it would completely transform the way they used both the indoor and outdoor spaces.
