Luxury Showhouse, Portmarnock

Optimise Design were appointed as interior design consultants to D|Res for their luxury residential development in St.Marnocks Bay, Portmarnock, Co. Dublin.

We advised on all of the internal fixtures and finishes for all of the house types in St. Marnocks Bay, working closely with the developer, architect and estate agents.

We were also responsible for the design and fit-out this luxury Showhouse, which was one of four showhouses that we designed for the development.
